What to Expect
Project 4.6 will bring the first disc golf course to Tanzania, located at Dar es Salaam University. This 18-hole course will include long and short tee pads, making it accessible to players of all skill levels. We’re partnering with Israel Muwanguzi, our Project Driver from Project 2.3 - Uganda, who will train Geofrey Rucho, the Project Driver for Tanzania, on basket construction and course installation. This hands-on collaboration aims to create a sustainable model for future disc golf courses across East Africa and beyond.
Expected Installation
The course is set for installation in spring 2025. Our team, with the guidance of experienced local and regional partners, will work closely with the university to ensure that the course will be accessible and played by many.
