GOLD SPONSOR

About this Project
On a beautiful piece of previously underused land at Complutense University, Spain’s largest public university, we built Madrid’s first permanent 18-hole disc golf course. This project was made possible through the dedication of Madrid International Disc Golf (MIDG), a club that has been promoting the sport locally for seven years.

The course features teepads, teesigns, and a practice basket, with a beginner-friendly layout designed for university students and Madrid’s 6.7 million residents. MIDG’s earlier efforts, hosting pop-up events around the city, helped pave the way for the project’s success. Latitude 64 served as the primary sponsor, marking their first collaboration with PMF, and PDGA Europe played a key role in bringing the course to life.

Why Madrid?
Major global cities are a core focus for PMF, and Madrid was a perfect fit. Before this project, the city had no permanent courses and enormous growth potential. MIDG’s proven commitment to building a local disc golf community made the decision easy, and the new course is already driving tournaments, open play, and national momentum for the sport.
