Project: Kraków, Poland

Project Overview

Project 5.1 has officially brought a professionally designed 9-hole disc golf course to the heart of Kraków, Poland. Located in the scenic Polish Airmen Park (Park Lotników), the course was designed by 2009 World Champion Avery Jenkins and installed with support from our Gold Sponsor, DiscGolfPark by Discmania and PDGA Europe. This course offers a high-quality playing experience for both beginners and seasoned players and stands as a model for future urban disc golf development in Poland and Central Europe.

Why This Location

Polish Airmen Park is one of Kraków’s most popular and accessible recreational spaces, making it the perfect home for the city’s first permanent disc golf course. With over 750,000 residents and no prior public disc golf options, this project fills a major gap in local recreation. The park’s central location and high foot traffic offer unmatched visibility, creating opportunities for youth programming, school partnerships, and community events—all essential for growing disc golf in the region.
