As we look ahead to 2026, we’re growing our team and creating new ways to be part of the mission. We believe the impact of disc golf goes far beyond the course, and we’re looking for people who want to help us reach even more communities around the world.

If you’re passionate about service, disc golf, and meaningful work that lasts, this is your chance to get involved in something that matters.

Projects & Sustainability Manager

A full-time paid position that helps lead the coordination and sustainability of PMF projects around the world. This role connects daily operations, project management, and donor engagement to ensure each course continues to thrive. You’ll plan and coordinate projects, support local leaders, and strengthen the systems that make lasting impact possible.

PMF Launch Team

A volunteer travel team that gives people the opportunity to experience our mission firsthand by installing courses, teaching the game, and helping new communities discover disc golf. Each trip combines course installation, community clinics, and cultural connection, giving every participant a chance to make a real difference through hands-on service.

Project Ambassador

A volunteer position that keeps us connected to each project site year-round. Ambassadors serve as the main communication link between PMF and local leaders, sharing updates, photos, and stories that highlight community growth and course use. This role strengthens relationships, identifies opportunities, and helps each project continue to thrive.

If we’re talking about you, what are you waiting for? Join us in creating more courses, more access, and more opportunities through disc golf. Apply today at www.paulmcbethfoundation.org/opportunities
